wow. good question. Lin is damn funny lah, and he is my part-time girlfriend. we shared an emotional moment recently and i am not at liberty to disclose what happened. but don’t worry, no exchange of bodily fluids took place. i am glad that i got to know him better although i hated him the moment i first saw him. haha! :)

How would you feel if number 2 slapped your face?
aiyoh. i would be damn sad lah. Han Na Park is like the bomb, her dowry is worth 20 cows and counting. if she slapped me, i must have had done something really horrible to her.

On the scale of 1 to 10, how good looking do u think number 6 is?
Jamie is quite a charmer because he is very smooth, eloquent and has a way to put people at ease. i am not answering the question right? haha. ok lah he is an 8. quite good-looking, i think.

How nice is number 8?
OMG that is like Peter Tan. he taught me Lit in Sec. 3 and 4 and he was quite inspiring. but i heard some not very nice stories about him after i graduated so i don’t think i’d be a good judge of his niceness.

Honestly, if number 9 met an accident, what would you do?
i would rush to his rescue, because Mr. Chan Siew Fook and Mr. John Chia are the reason why i turned out good in Saint Gabe’s. they were the only ones who stood up for me and believed in me despite all the stupid things so i would be there for them if anything bad ever happened to them and it was in my power to help them.

Would I ever fall for 11?
last time, maybe. but there was never any situation where romance between us could have been created. now, i don’t think so lah. i know more about what i am looking for in a partner, and although Coral is the bomb, i don’t think she’d be the one for me.

What sport would i play with number 12?
Touch! Grace is one of the reasons why i am so into Touch because she helped organise some recre games after the IHG 04/05, and we took part in the IFG 05 together, but on opposing teams. anyway, these games helped reinforce my positive feelings towards Touch so Grace is also the bomb.

How much do you like number 3?
a lot! Pui Suan is very sweet and very nice, and was only one out of two people who explicity told me that they would miss me after i told them that i was definitely leaving KR. the rest? *pooi* hurhur.

Would 13 and 7 make a good couple?
eh, hello - they are guys and they are straight. wrong ah. next question, please.

Do i hate number 5?
no! of course not. Yanhe has been so helpful and supportive. but there are times when he can be very irritating and i hope he tries to minimise these instances, because i am not the only one who finds it annoying. not to say that he is not well-liked, but he can be better-liked, especially by the girls, if he learns how to focus their attention on his positive qualities, and draw notice away from his negative ones.

Would 14 kill me one day?
i don’t think so. my sister may get angry with me quite often, but i doubt it would be to the extent of murder. or would it? hmmm…

Who do i like more ? 15 or 10?
aiyah. hard to choose. both are damn fun to disturb and they have very unique ways of laughing that is, like, chuckles galore to imitate. Irene always has something interesting to say and i love taking with her “about the world we live in, and life in general.” but i feel Kalyn feels more from her heart and is very mature despite her age. so i like both equally for the different qualities that they possess.

eh. kan ni narnia. no. 1 lei? no question ah? hmmm.

well, this post did start off as a tribute to Max Perry, cos he flew away on Christmas Eve. but i never did get round to finishing this post so i guess i’ll just turn it into a general update.

Max Perry was my mum’s lovebird, and although i hated it at first because it was so noisy, i think that i eventually grew to love it over time. it was such a cockster, but in a cute way, as you can see in this photo:

my mum was cleaning it on Christmas Eve, but she forgot to close the kitchen window while she was doing it, so i guess it took its chance to escape then. it sat on a tree opposite our flat for a while, and i actually did try to climb the tree to go and get it down but it was like too tiring so i gave up and went back to my flat to throw wads of wet toilet paper at the damn bird. oh and while doing so, i was like, “eh bird, come back. wait the crow eat you up then you know.”

after a while, i think it got kind of bored so it flew off further where it did meet its tragic end because of some bloody big, black crow which intersected its path and probably ate it for breakfast. it was quite sad, not only because my mum and i had to watch it die, but because we saw it being truly happy and free for a while. and when it took off in flight, in a flash of brilliant green, it was so beautiful for that two seconds. before we heard it squawk like a chicken and become a hearty meal to a predator that really should just be shot and killed forever.

you always had a squawk, chirrup and chirp for us no matter what the time of day was, or how irritating we were to you. because your principle was always to fight fire with fire and pre-emptive strikes, wasn’t it, you biter of fingers and hands, you. you were fat, noisy and chicken-like but we miss you all the same. take care and be free wherever you are.

well, i’ve tried to update the template and layout of this blog as best as i can and i think i’m almost done. it’s been difficult but the transition has been getting easier with each click, i guess. oh yar, and i know i have not been updating although i have thought about a lot of things i want to say. but i haven’t been at home enough to blog, so well, i guess you’ll have to wait until school starts again before you get more pearls of wisdom from me. hurhur :)

anyway, with regards to the links, i think i shall just link those people who have already linked me permanently on their blogs, as opposed to linking up every mother’s son or daughter. one reason is because it is more complicated to do so as compared to Blogger, but the real reason is that because i feel (and have always felt) that it’s not fair to give someone free traffic to his/her blog when he or she doesn’t return you the favour. so i am going to exercise my right to anality for a while and only link up said people who have already linked me up, and just bookmark the blogs of those people whose blogs i still stalk. until someone complains and asks me to link him/her up, that is.
