Its always shitty when that happens. Know a couple of friends who are in that situation as well. But sure is fun for the teachers though. Somehow, they never really get into much trouble. No social implications and what nots. Meh.

That’s a stupid thing to say? Because as ‘fun’ as it is, it’s a really cruel thing to do to screw up the lives of others?
I’m leaving your comment on my blog for people to revel at your stupidity.

You dont seem to have a sense of humour. -_- Anyway, try knowing someone personally from both sides then you’ll know what I mean. ;)

You don’t seem to have a sense of morality or compassion. -_- Anyway, try planting some in a pot and growing then you’ll know what I mean :)

Hahaha! You’re really amusing.
Well, I blogged about it because I liked it and I wanted to share it with friends.
So the fact that you clicked on it is your problem, because I never forced you to read it.
Hence, don’t try to project your guilt on me, because I won’t stand for it.
Thanks, and hope you enjoyed the read :)

Goodness, the journalist for the article is so irritating. “Oh my life is in ruins! All because of a man whom I fell in love with and slept with willingly TWENTY years ago.” Get a grip. Her story is so one-sided and self-pitying. I understand about rape victims but come on, she entered the relationship with her eyes wide open.
And her report isn’t fair or objective at all. What about the 30 year old female teacher who slept with hr 14 year old student? She was jailed but when the boy reached 21, they married each other.
If the journalist’s life is screwed up, she’d better look into herself, then to go around blaming others.

I think the crux of the article is here:
So I actually quite feel for her.

But what does age matter in love? In the Victorian age, the men were often much older than the women and they lived happily.
In retrospect, the journalist saw that she was being made used of. But what if she was the one who dumped the guy? Or what if they ended up happily together? Just because she was immature doesn’t mean others are. Mary Shelley eloped at 16 with Percy Shelley, a married and older man, and see what she produced during her marriage–Frankenstein, written two years after.
